Job summary

Seismic, a Go-To-Market Performance company, is seeking a software engineer for its Global Services team in Hyderabad. You will design, test, and ship high-quality code across a broad stack, focusing on delivering delightful user experiences.

You’ll work with .NET Core, Azure, Kubernetes, and React to integrate diverse systems, automate processes, and build scalable solutions that empower customer-facing teams worldwide. A plus is familiarity with AI Agents and LLM concepts.

Qualifications

• Focus on building excellent user experiences with close attention to detail.
• Maintain high software quality with minimal test maintenance.
• Solid design and programming skills in C#.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Engineering skills to uphold security, reliability, and good design.
• The perseverance to debug complex problems across the whole stack.
• Ability to converse with the customer to understand needs.
• Experience with AI Agents or basics of AI Agent logic / LLMs is a plus.

• Craft onboarding experiences for Seismic platform users.

Overview:

The Global Services engineering team is responsible for building services and user-centric web apps to automate and streamline the use of Seismic. As a software engineer on our geographically distributed team you will design, test, and frequently ship high quality code spanning a wide range of projects. We are looking for generalists comfortable with lots of moving pieces, learning new technologies and systems, and experience applying feedback to rapidly iterate.

Who you are:

• A focus on building excellent user experiences with close attention to detail
• Experience maintaining a high level of software quality without spending increasing amounts of time maintaining tests
• Solid design and programming skills in C#
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based solutions.
• Engineering skills to consistently uphold best practices in security, reliability, and design
• The perseverance to debug complex problems across the whole stack
• The ability to converse with the customer occasionally and get to the bottom of their needs
• Experience with AI Agents or basic AI Agent logic, understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, or agent workflows is a plus.

• Create and own end-to-end solutions integrating a wide range of systems, technologies, and processes
• Collaborate with a diverse group of experts in solutions architecture, operations, and other engineering teams to delight internal and external users
• Crafting and refining onboarding experiences
• Integrating datastores, content repositories, and management systems with the Seismic platform
• Building a distributed job queue
