Process Overview

Wealth Management Technology group is the technology partner for the GWIM business which provides comprehensive wealth management to affluent and high-net-worth clients and also provides retirement and benefit plan services, philanthropic solutions and asset management to individuals and institutions. WMT professionals work closely with the business partners and provide technology expertise to service the needs of 17000+ Financial Advisors operating in the US. They deliver integrated solutions, including the industry-leading Client Engagement Workstation (CEW) and support the technology for the larger Wealth Management platforms catering to Advisory, Private Banking and Retirement businesses.

Job Description

The candidate should possess strong technical skills required to design, develop and implement web applications as well as support the applications in production. Interact with various internal bank and external resources to complete implementations successfully including Technical, LOB Operations, Vendor and Data Transmission. Strong interpersonal/influence skills, proactive leadership skills, and analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

1. Develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain and test software applications that support business units or supporting functions.
2. Provide review and assessment service to the peer team adding value to the overall business. Work in Agile and SDLC methodologies to own and deliver the value-added services.
3. Deliver smooth and seamless integrations across frontend, middleware, and back-end systems.
4. Establish and practice industry standards, best practices and guidelines in technology and process.
5. Proven ability to successfully analyze client's requirements and develop innovative solutions for increasing reliability and improving productivity.
