As an Engineer I, Software, you'll develop solutions that help our customers make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of sophisticated software applications spanning laboratory instruments, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software that advances scientific research and laboratory efficiency.
Experience with automated testing and test-driven development
Industry Range The average salary for a Software Engineer in India is around ₹6-8 lakhs per annum.
Freshers Freshers can expect a salary range of ₹4-6 lakhs per annum.
Experienced Experienced professionals can expect a salary range of ₹8-12 lakhs per annum.
1 Round 1: Online coding challenge to evaluate programming skills in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
2 Round 2: Technical interview to evaluate understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, data structures, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
3 Round 3: HR interview to evaluate communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability.
