Job summary

NEC Software Solutions India is hiring a Full Stack Developer (Java/React) to design, build, and optimize web applications. You will work across backend services (Java/Spring Boot, microservices) and frontend interfaces (React/Next.js), consuming RESTful APIs in an Agile cross-functional setup.

The role is hybrid with 3 days per week at the Magarpatta City, Pune office, offering growth and challenging projects in diverse domains.

Qualifications

• Graduate with CS/IT specialization or MCA/PG in computing.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
• Proficiency in React.js and Next.js with REST API development.
• Experience with microservices and cloud/CI/CD tools.

Job Description

Exposure We work in an environment where Developers are more exposed to IT and systems in production and the IT professionals are more exposed to the software development process. By focusing on this level of exposure it allows us to build a team more equipped to deal with incidents and requests. As a Full Stack Developer specializing in Java and React, you will be at the forefront of building, optimizing, and maintaining our web applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.

• Design, develop, and enhance general application software and specialized programs.
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Customize and optimize software applications to improve performance and operational efficiency.
• Participate actively in the complete product development lifecycle
• Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using modern technologies.
• Build and optimize backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs for seamless system integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.

Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate: B.Tech /B.E. - Any Specialization, BCA Post Graduate: M.Tech/ M.E. – Computers; MCA Computers; Post Graduation Not Mandatory

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate, React.js and Next.js.
• Expertise in REST API development and integration.
• Experience with MSSQL or MySQL databases.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with Git or other distributed version control systems.

• Experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Familiarity with Document Databases (e.g., Elasticsearch), Graph Databases (e.g., Neo4j), and NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to Azure cloud services.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
