Job summary

Edstem Technologies LLC is hiring for a front-end engineer in Kerala to transform designs into responsive UI, build reusable components, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will leverage Claude to accelerate coding while upholding high quality and accessibility standards.

The role requires 3–7 years of front-end experience with strong React skills, TypeScript proficiency, and familiarity with modern tooling.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of front-end development experience, with at least 3 years in React.
• Solid experience with React hooks, component design and state management (Redux / Redux Toolkit or similar).
• Working knowledge of TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience coding with Claude for AI-assisted coding.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and WebSocket services.
• Familiarity with modern build tools and pipelines (Vite, Webpack, Babel, ESLint).
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with testing tools such as Jest and React Testing Library.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good to have Next.js or server-side rendering.
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and performance tooling (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals).
• Experience with CSS frameworks or styling approaches (Tailwind, Styled Components, Material UI).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment.

Responsibilities
