Job summary

Assurant Solutions in Bengaluru/Hyderabad is seeking a Software Engineer for the Digital Claims Channel. You will onboard new clients for the European Scrum team, handle requirements analysis, site/content configuration, defect triage, testing, and releases.

The role involves working with global stakeholders, configuring applications per business needs, and supporting multiple project teams to achieve goals. Strong ASP.NET MVC/Web Forms and Angular experience is required.

Qualifications

• Background in Sitefinity or other content management systems.
• 5+ years of experience in defect investigation and resolution.
• 5+ years of experience translating business requirements to technical requirements.
• Ability to work with global business and IT stakeholders to refine requirements and work through defects.
• Basic understanding of ASP.NET with knowledge of MVC, Web Forms, and ASP.NET Core MVC.
• Basic knowledge in Angular, HTML, ADO, and Azure preferred.
• Proficiency in software engineering tools (e.g. ADO, TFS, GIT, HP Fortify).

Software Engineer Digital Claims Channel, Assurant, GCC-India

As part of a European Scrum team dedicated to onboarding new clients at Assurant Europe region on GSSP solution, the Software Engineer will report into our Application Delivery team. He/She will be involved with the full end to end process of onboarding new clients to our customer facing digital claims channel. The role includes the analysis of requirements, cloning of existing sites, updating site content configuration, defect triage, testing, and releases.

This position will be in Bengaluru Hyderabad at our India location.

Working Hours : 11:30 AM IST to 8:30 PM IST

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job
