Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer – DevOps to lead infrastructure automation and reliability initiatives across our engineering teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable cloud environments, automating manual processes, and enabling high-performing development teams.

Location: Gurgaon

What You’ll Do
  • Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and scalable cloud infrastructure to accelerate safe and efficient software releases.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for consistent and auditable deployments.
  • Automate workflows to enhance system reliability, performance, and cost efficiency, leveraging emerging technologies.
  • Monitor applications and infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure robustness and scalability.
  • Participate in an on‑call rotation to provide timely escalation support and resolve production incidents.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers and cross‑functional teams to drive improvements in deployability, security, and operational excellence.
  • Champion the adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability through technical leadership and mentorship.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role.
  • Proficient in programming or scripting (Python, Go, or Ruby preferred).
  • Hands‑on with DevOps tooling: Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
  • Strong experience designing and managing cloud‑native architectures (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP also valued).
  • Solid understanding of Linux/Unix administration, networking principles, and database systems.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and collaborative problem‑solving skills.
Nice To Have
  • AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or similar).
  • Contributions to open‑source projects or public GitHub repositories.
  • Experience supporting microservices environments and cloud security best practices.
