Uplers Solutions Private Limited. is seeking a backend engineering professional to design and operate scalable cloud infrastructure in a remote, permanent role.

The candidate will own the backend stack, ensure cost-efficient performance, and drive automation across deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Required are 3+ years in backend systems, experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and IaC, and a mindset toward scalable, economical design.

• Own cloud architecture end-to-end, scalable and resilient.
• Implement seamless CI/CD, deployment, and runtime systems for reliable shipping.
• Lead FinOps to optimize spend and embed efficiency into the product.
• Apply AI to infra to predict demand, detect anomalies, and auto-optimize performance and cost.
