The Software Engineer (Apprentice) is an entry-level role within the Engineering team. This position is designed to provide recent graduates and individuals with limited professional experience with the opportunity to develop technical skills and gain hands‑on experience in software development.

The role involves working closely with senior engineers and team members, actively participating in software development activities, and contributing to the overall product delivery process. The primary objective is to build a strong foundation in software engineering principles, programming languages, development methodologies, and modern engineering practices.

The Software Engineer (Apprentice) will collaborate with the team to understand business and technical requirements, design and implement software solutions, perform testing and debugging activities, and continuously enhance their technical capabilities. Key Accountabilities

Programming & Software Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications under the guidance of senior engineers.

Skills & Experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as:
• C#

• Python
• or a similar modern programming language.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
• Understanding Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Awareness of software testing concepts and quality assurance practices.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
