This role combines technical AI implementation with production support responsibilities, ensuring our AI solutions operate reliably while contributing to enhancement and optimization initiatives. You'll work with modern AI technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in maintaining and improving AI-powered applications that drive business value.**Responsibilities** This is an individual contributor role. As an AI Engineer 2, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring our AI solutions deliver consistent value while driving continuous improvement. Your dual focus on AI implementation and production support will be critical to maintaining system reliability and advancing our AI capabilities. **AI Implementation & Development**· Implement and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions based on defined requirements· Fine-tune and optimize existing models for improved accuracy, efficiency, and performance· Develop and maintain data preprocessing pipelines and feature engineering workflows· Integrate AI services with existing enterprise applications and platforms· Conduct testing and validation of AI models before production deployment· Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for version control and deployment**AI Solution Support & Maintenance**· Provide Level 3 technical support for AI applications and services in production environments· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance, data pipelines, API integrations, and deployment infrastructure· Monitor AI system health, performance metrics, and data quality to ensure optimal operation· Respond to incident tickets, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions· Collaborate with data.
