Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
• 5+ years building Power BI semantic models with DAX and Power Query (M).
• Strong hands-on Snowflake SQL and platform management experience.
• Experience with ELT/ETL and data pipeline development.
• Proven dashboard design ability with strong visual clarity and analytical depth.
• Strong data validation discipline and attention to detail for finance-facing reporting.
• Practical experience using AI assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Snowflake CoCo, or similar in professional workflows.
• Familiarity with Snowflake AI offerings, including Semantic Views, and ability to assess fit-for-purpose usage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced global environment.

• Apply Power BI performance strategies, including aggregations, query reduction, incremental refresh, partitioning strategy, hybrid tables, and RLS.
• Use AI tools and Snowflake AI features, including Semantic Views, for practical, measurable delivery improvements.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Document data lineage and solution design, and collaborate in agile delivery with global teams.
