Job summary

Newfold is seeking a Front End Engineer to join the Software Engineering team. You will collaborate with software engineers, operations, and product managers to build scalable enterprise-class software and maintain high uptime.

You will design, develop, and enhance products, mentor teammates, and contribute to agile SDLC. The role offers work-from-home, hybrid, or office options, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers on a team to design, develop, maintain, and enhance high quality software products.
• Build scalable, enterprise-class software products
• Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects at an advanced level.
• Mentor and motivate other software engineers
• Write clean, well-formed, testable code following accepted coding standards and best practices
• Contribute to project discovery and identify ways to optimize software for enterprise needs
• Facilitate continuous improvement and agile SDLC

In this role, as a Front End Engineer in the Software Engineering team, you will work with a team of highly technical Software engineers, Operation Engineers, Product Managers etc to engineer great products, deliver five 9’s uptime, build reliable systems, tools & automate processes. Collaborate with other developers on a team to design, develop, maintain, and enhance high quality software products.

Build scalable, enterprise-class software products

Resolve problems of advanced scope and engage assistance from more experienced team members where appropriate.

Contribute to and benefit from a team of amazing people

Facilitate continuous improvement and agile SDLC

Mentor & Motivate other software engineers

Write clean, well-formed, testable, and maintainable software following the accepted coding standards and using best software development practices.

Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects in software and related systems on an advanced level.

Contribute to the project discovery process in a meaningful way.

Identify ways to optimize our software products to provide for the needs of our enterprise scale business.
