Job summary

Nokia IP Routing SW team seeks software engineers to design and implement high-performance data path solutions for routers powering data centers, telcos, and enterprise networks. You will develop efficient, modular code and work on IP, MPLS, SR, and VXLAN forwarding with QoS and TCAM management.

You will collaborate in a virtualized Linux environment (KVM, Docker) and contribute to open-source networking projects. A Bachelor's degree and 3–10 years' experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in packet forwarding technologies (IP, MPLS, Segment Routing, VXLANs).
• Experience with QoS technologies (Policers, Schedulers, ACLs) and TCAM management.
• Hands-on experience with DPDK for high-performance packet processing.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming for networking solutions.
• Contributions to SONiC or open-source networking projects desirable.
• Experience in virtualized Linux environments (KVM, Docker, etc.).
• Passion for networking technologies and high-performance systems.
