Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered software solutions. You will work directly with enterprise clients and internal teams to understand goals, data landscapes, and technical constraints.

You will design, build, and deploy AI-driven systems, integrating core AI platforms into customer workflows and ensuring scalable, reliable performance. Experience with LLMs and multi-agent architectures is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 2-3 years of progressive experience in software engineering, data engineering, applied ML, or similar.
• Customer-facing or consulting experience is desirable.
• Expert-level programming in at least one language e.g., Python or Java.
• Strong AI literacy: LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools.
• Experience designing and integrating APIs for AI services and enterprise systems.
• Solid SDLC knowledge and agile methodologies.
• Hands-on with AI agents or multi-agent systems with autonomous behaviour.
• Familiar with Docker/Kubernetes and data analytics tools.
• Prior CRE or adjacent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training, documentation, and enablement to client teams for adoption of AI tools.
• Act as a feedback loop to influence product and roadmaps based on deployment challenges.
• Lead technical delivery of pilots and full-scale implementations with on-time delivery.

• 2-3years of progressive experience in software engineering, data engineering,applied Machine Learning, or a similar technical role.


• Experiencein a customer-facing, consulting, or implementation capacity is highlydesirable.


• StrongProgramming Language Proficiency: Expert-level skills in at least one modernprogramming language ("e.g., Python, Java").


• StrongAI Literacy: Demonstrable understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, includingconcepts like LLMs, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), embeddings, andvector databases.


• Hands-onexperience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), including familiarity withMLOps tooling.


• Experiencewith API design and integration for AI services and enterprise systems ("e.g.,Salesforce, ServiceNow").


• Solidunderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices and agilemethodologies.

• Familiaritywith containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
