NatWest Group is seeking a Software Engineer in Gurugram, India to join a feature team and engineer software, scripts and tools, collaborating with engineers, architects and business analysts across the platform.

You will produce high-quality software rapidly, participate in full lifecycle development, and help optimise our software engineering capabilities while applying best practices in scalability and automation.

Competenze

• At least five years of experience working with development and testing tools, bug tracking tools and wikis.
• Experience in building intelligent digital onboarding journeys using React, Python, AWS and MongoDB, creating scalable, intuitive experiences that simplify complex customer and business onboarding.
• Exposure in developing AI-enabled and agentic capabilities, using LLMs, AI agents, APIs and automation patterns to help orchestrate workflows, interpret information, support decision-making and reduce manual effort across the onboarding journey.
• Experience in multiple programming languages or low code toolsets
• Experience of DevOps and Agile methodology and associated toolsets
• Experience of implementing programming best practice, especially around scalability, automation, virtualisation, optimisation, availability and performance
