Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Developer in Bengaluru to design, develop, and optimize CPQ solutions. The role requires strong BML scripting, debugging, and expertise in Oracle CPQ architecture with experience in integration and automation efforts.

The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams in an Agile setting, work with Salesforce/CRM and ERP concepts, and contribute to deployment activities while keeping quality at the forefront.

Job description

• Strong expertise in Oracle CPQ Development, including BML scripting and debugging.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ architecture and solution design.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, CRM architecture and ERP architecture is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ integrations, web services and XSLT.
• Understanding of Configuration, Commerce, Pricing, Approvals, Subscriptions (ABO) and Document Designer capabilities.
• Experience working with CPQ workflows and process automation.
• Experience with migrations and deployment activities.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively and apply sound judgement in task execution.
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with JIRA.
• Experience with AI-Development tools to support agentic development to improve productivity.
