Job summary

Tario Inc. is looking for an automation-focused engineer to build and maintain test infrastructure that reliably ships AI-driven features. You will design evaluation suites, harnesses for LLM-based features, and end-to-end test plans across APIs, databases, and CI pipelines.

The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and rigorous quality across fast-paced product development. You will work with Python, async code, and Playwright, translating production logs into actionable reliability

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on software engineering experience in a product setting.
• Fluent Python skills including async programming, HTTP clients, and clean, maintainable code.
• Direct experience with Playwright or equivalent depth in a modern automation framework.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, CI pipelines, and reading production logs.
• Technical curiosity and strong problem-solving ability, particularly around AI workflows.
• Ability to prioritize defects based on user impact and business risk.
• Clear communication and comfort thriving in collaborative, fast-paced teams.
• Mindset of ownership that connects technical work to real business outcomes.
