The UX Delivery Team plays a central role in enabling this mission by designing efficient, scalable, and human-centered digital experiences across Yara’s products and services. Responsibilities

We’re looking for a talented Frontend Developer with solid experience in React and React Native to join our UX Delivery Team and help build, evolve, and maintain our multi-team design system. You’ll play a key role in ensuring consistent, scalable, and accessible experiences across platforms by developing reusable components, contributing to token libraries, and enabling fast, iterative UX delivery.

As part of the Design System & UX Delivery Team, you will:

• Implement, extend, and maintain shared UI components in React and React Native
• Collaborate closely with UX designers to bring design patterns and prototypes to life
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation and adherence to accessibility and performance standards
• Contribute to the management of design tokens, theming strategies, and cross-platform parity
• Support integration of the design system across multiple products and teams
• Help maintain documentation, usage guidelines, and developer onboarding resources
• Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and continuous improvement of the system architecture
• Partner with design, product, and QA to deliver high-quality, testable, and scalable UI solutions
• Enable rapid prototyping and design iteration by providing stable component infrastructure

Profile

• 3–5+ years of frontend development experience
• Strong expertise in React and React Native, including component architecture and state management
• Hands-on experience building or maintaining design systems or large-scale UI libraries
• Solid understanding of web standards, accessibility (WCAG), performance, and responsive design
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative design and development environments
• Familiar with tools like Storybook, Figma-to-code workflows, and design token management
• Clear communicator and team player who collaborates well with designers and stakeholders
• Experience working with enterprise-scale products is a plus
