About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Full Stack Software Engineer to join our innovative development team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of professional experience with demonstrated expertise in Python backend development, RESTful API design, React frontend implementation, and data engineering concepts. You will lead critical projects across our technology stack while collaborating with our AI/ML teams.

Core Responsibilities

API Development & Backend Engineering

• Design, develop, and maintain robust REST APIs using Python-based frameworks (Flask/Django/FastAPI)
• Implement efficient data processing pipelines and scheduled jobs for handling various file types
• Architect scalable solutions for automating complex workflows with unstructured data

Frontend Development

• Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces
• Build and maintain reusable component libraries and frontend architecture

Data Engineering & Database Management

• Develop optimized data models and database schemas in MongoDB
• Implement efficient data access patterns and query optimization techniques
• Manage cloud-based storage solutions on Azure Blob Storage with proper security protocols

AI/ML Collaboration

• Work directly with AI/ML engineers to build data preparation and transformation pipelines
• Develop and maintain vector embedding systems for product catalogs
• Assist in creating APIs that expose ML model functionality to applications

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3 years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated project deliveries
• Backend: Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Pillow) and API development frameworks
• Frontend: Practical experience with React.js, state management, and modern JavaScript
• Databases: Hands-on experience with MongoDB schema design, aggregation pipelines, and performance optimization
• Cloud: Experience working with Azure services, particularly Blob Storage
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software architecture principles, RESTful design, and microservices concepts
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and collaborative mindset.

• Experience with TypeScript and modern React patterns (hooks, context API)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Docker containerization and orchestration experience
• Understanding of data engineering concepts for AI/ML workflows
