What Youll Do

What Were Looking For

Required:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Strong fundamentals in programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C++, Python, Java, Go, Rust, or JavaScript.
• Demonstrated software development experience through personal projects, internships, research, hackathons, open-source contributions, or significant academic work.
• Evidence of ownership, independent problem-solving, and the ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs.
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.

Preferred:

• Active GitHub profile or portfolio showcasing meaningful software projects.
• Experience building real-world software systems beyond coursework.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and scripting.
• Contributions to open-source projects or participation in programming competitions, hackathons, research, or other notable technical achievements.
• Exposure to Embedded Systems, Electronics, IoT, Robotics, Firmware, or related domains.
• Understanding of software testing, CI/CD, containers, cloud platforms, or similar engineering tools and practices.
