Job summary

Employia G&A Consulting GmbH partners with a YC-backed voice AI startup to hire a Founding Engineer. You will own the real-time voice pipeline and core infrastructure, building scalable systems for live conversations with sub-second latency.

You will work across the stack, including backend systems, evaluation tooling, and customer-facing work, taking broad ownership in an early-stage environment.

Qualifications

About the Role

As a Founding Engineer, you'll work across the product and infrastructure as the company scales. One week might involve improving the real-time voice pipeline, while the next could involve backend systems, evaluation tooling, or customer-facing work. You'll have broad ownership over what you build, with the opportunity to work across the stack and solve technically demanding problems around live conversations and tight latency constraints.
