Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Engineering Manager in Bengaluru to lead large software programs, drive end-to-end product development, and champion IoT-enabled solutions. The role requires 13–15 years of experience, strong technical leadership, and excellent communication within a global, agile environment.

You will translate stakeholder requirements into architecture, mentor teams, and deliver high-impact products for customers across building, industrial, and process sectors.

Engineering Manager

Basic Qualification

• Graduate degree in Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science with hands on experience in SaaS, Mobile,

• Cloud based applications and end to end product development experience.

• Must have minimum 13-15 years of Experience.

• Must have handled large Software programs and application Development & Deployment as an Engineering owner and involved in integration of multiple sub-systems.

• Should have led a team of engineers in the role of an Engineering leader and delivered on multiple projects.

• Should have worked in global product development environment, developing and deploying products and solutions to Customers.

• Strong understanding of the IoT market, players, their offerings and tradeoffs.

• Must have experience in generating System Requirements from the stakeholders requirements.

• Must have experience in converting System Requirements to Architecture/Design.

• Must have good communication & negotiation skills.

• Must be good at Technical Leadership with an ability to quickly adapt to latest technology trends.

• Must have experience/exposure with Automation and unit testing frameworks, eco systems for Development & Operations (DevOps) frameworks.

• Strong background working in an Agile environment.

• Domain and product knowledge in Building Domain will be added advantage

• Results driven with a positive can do attitude

• Proficient in written and verbal communication.

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills

• Excellent team building, mentoring people.
