Alexa Growth organization's mission is to enable Alexa+ engagement depth and breadth by focusing on C/WAA (Conversations per Weekly Active Account) and #asks/WAA. We drive acquisition of new customers and deepen engagement of existing ones through horizontal, cross-functional initiatives, end-to-end experience optimization, and rigorous high-tempo experimentation — worldwide, across paid and free tiers. We are under the broader Alexa Core Experiences org and are looking for a Software Development Manager based out of our Hyderabad office.
As a Software Development Manager in Alexa Growth, you will be responsible for directly managing a team of engineers, for ensuring that their work is delivered on time and at a high quality, and for making technical decisions from software architecture to operational excellence. You will ensure your features can scale to support Alexa in a variety of languages and across the wide range of devices on which Alexa is available.
