engineers across back-end, full-stack, and platform engineering domains* Foster a high-performing engineering culture focused on collaboration, ownership, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning* Conduct regular performance reviews, career development discussions, coaching, and technical mentoring* Support hiring efforts, including technical interviews, onboarding, workforce
