You'll recruit top talent, define strategic direction, and drive performance metrics while collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to prioritise requirements and ensure timely product launches.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years in software development management and architecture-related duties.
• Strong verbal and written communication with proven technical leadership.
• Experience with Agile software methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage an agile team of professional developers to build scalable, stable systems.

What You Will Do

• manage an agile team of professional developers dedicated to building a scalable, stable, and manageable system
• recruit and hire developers in line with the team’s goals
• assist each team member with career-building through 1:1 evaluation and counseling sessions
• define the system architecture with other developers
• understand and prioritise requirements; collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to establish a roadmap and execute plans
• define, measure, and report indices
• Support the team’s software implementation and operation

Basic Qualifications
