Job summary

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Senior Software Engineer (SDE‑3) to join our team. In this role, you will own large features end‑to‑end—from design to production—drive key architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers. You must be comfortable going deep in any part of the stack, whether it’s optimizing backend performance, scaling infrastructure, improving frontend responsiveness, or debugging complex production issues. The ideal candidate is an expert in Node.js (backend) and Vue.js (frontend), thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is relentless about delivering high‑quality, maintainable solutions.

Requirements

• 4‑5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with Node.js for backend development
• Expertise in Vue.js for frontend development
• Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices, and system design
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Comfortable with CI/CD processes, containerization, and cloud environments
• Proven leadership in mentoring and leading projects
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Backend: Design and implement REST API, microservices architecture, and scalable systems using Node.js.
• Frontend: Build modular, performant, and accessible UIs with Vue.js.
• System Design & Architecture: Design scalable and maintainable systems (both HLD and LLD), write clear technical design documents, contribute to architecture discussions.
• Execution & Ownership: Drive features and projects from planning to production, ensure code quality, reliability, and performance, participate in debugging, performance tuning, and production incident handling.
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerize with Docker, orchestrate with Kubernetes, work with cloud platforms (GCP), own production readiness including logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers, contribute to sprint planning and lead technical discussions.
• Testing & Quality: Implement unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing; enforce best practices for maintainable, well‑tested code.

Nice to Have

• Experience with message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Exposure to domain‑driven design and event‑driven architecture
• Contributions to open source or technical blogs
