How you’ll make an impact?

• Play a key role in designing and implementing new products and features.
• Translate requirements and mock-ups into fully functional features by collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and creative designers.
• Break features into smaller tasks, estimate effort, and identify dependencies.
• Write efficient, readable code based on sound design principles.
• Drive the product roadmap and take ownership of core components.
• Participate actively in all team agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality commitments.
• Own and lead the delivery of major components and platform needs in partnership with engineers and architects.
• Identify technical obstacles early and collaborate on creative solutions.
• Review pull requests to ensure adherence to Kotlin and other language idioms.
• Mentor junior to mid-level team members.
• Learn and master new technologies to improve usability and performance.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in Android development for consumer or enterprise applications.
• Proven track record of building and shipping complex, business-critical Android apps with frequent iterations.
• Deep understanding of design patterns, principles, and a broad knowledge of the Android tech stack.
• Expertise in Android SDK to create scalable, dynamic, and high-performance UI components.
• Working knowledge of remote APIs, concurrency, layouts, transitions, animations, client-side persistence, and architectural patterns on mobile apps.
• Strong aptitude in algorithms, data structures, AR-VR technologies.
• B.Tech/BE degree in computer science or equivalent from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience designing and developing modern Android mobile applications from scratch.
