Job summary

JioStar is seeking a Software Development Engineer II to build a world-class platform for millions of users. You’ll own end-to-end features, work on both frontend and backend, and contribute to scalable, high-performance systems on the team that powers entertainment content globally.

The role emphasizes strong coding practices, collaboration with product teams, and building reusable components within a modern design system. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS and 2–4 years of experience are preferred.

• 2-4 years of Fullstack development experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end features with high performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to deliver new user-facing features for web and TV app.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them.
• Build reusable code and cross-functional libraries within the in-house Design system.
• Document solutions with documentation, diagrams (DFDs) and code comments; participate in code reviews.
