We are seeking talented SDE-I Backend Engineers to build scalable backend systems using Python, FastAPI, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka. Work onsite to design robust APIs, microservices, and AI-integrated features solving real customer pain points for US enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Design/develop scalable backend systems using Python + FastAPI
• Build efficient APIs and microservices for frontend integrations
• Implement data models and database schemas (MongoDB/Redis)
• Integrate Kafka for event streaming and real-time processing
• Collaborate with product managers and frontend teams on requirements
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments
• Troubleshoot complex issues ensuring system reliability and security
• Write clean, well-documented code following best practices
