As an SDE, you will be part of a team that adds new capabilities to our customers through core engineering and AI/ML methodologies. The solutions heavily leverage technology to challenge conventional wisdom with hard data. Our SDEs solve complex problems and get to see the impact of their work first‑hand.

In this role you will have the opportunity to exercise your creativity and explore ideas to simulate and quantify any aspect of the customer experience.

Key job responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for data collection and analysis platforms
• Build and optimize automated data collection frameworks across different surfaces (web, mobile)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement efficient solutions
• Write high‑quality, maintainable code while following best practices and design patterns
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
• Debug production issues and implement performance improvements
• Work with ML technologies and LLM driven extraction services to enhance data processing capabilities

A day in the life

You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and other engineers to build tools that enable large‑scale data collection and analysis. You’ll tackle challenges ranging from Automated Data Collection framework development to building new features for our self‑service tools, while ensuring high performance and reliability.

We use technical and non‑technical approaches and stay aware of industry and business trends. Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
