NASC tech team is hiring a Software Development Engineer (SDE I) who will develop state-of-the-art product suites and make a significant impact on our organization's path towards automated optimization.

Our software systems include services that influence billions of dollars annually, integrate with supply chain systems, manage business rules for strategic planning, and improve online shopping experiences. We leverage technologies like big data, optimization, machine learning, real-time analytics, and high-volume, low-latency services.

This is a contractual role ideal for candidates interested in scaling challenges at Amazon and building mission-critical applications. Successful performance can lead to permanent SDE positions at Amazon.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing software solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

• MCA or BS in Computer Science.
• 1-2 years experience developing interactive internet applications.
• Understanding of web design principles and scalable dynamic interfaces.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON/XML, and web services.
• Programming experience in Java, C++, or C# with object-oriented design.
• Passion for writing clean, efficient, quality code and solving complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience with Git, Linux, AWS, and Java is a plus.
