Job Title: Software Development Engineer

Experience: 3.5+ years

Location: Mumbai (Work From Office)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Software Developer who can take ownership, build scalable systems, and lead end-to-end development. The ideal candidate is strong in backend (Python/FastAPI) with good working knowledge of frontend (React) and automation workflows.

You will work closely with the product and operations teams to deliver robust, reliable, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Work with PostgreSQL, write optimized queries, design schemas, and handle migrations.
• Manage deployments and infrastructure on AWS EC2, Nginx, and related services.
• Implement AI automation and workflows using n8n or similar tools.
• Take technical ownership of projects and lead development efforts.
• Collaborate with the team to define architecture, solve complex problems, and ensure high code quality.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure application stability.

Required Skills
