The Job

At this time, we are seeking to hire a self-driven, results oriented and seasoned Software Development professional with 1-3 years of hands-on Software Development experience that includes the following.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and test Microsoft Windows-based software systems using C#, .NET, and SQL in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
• Apply Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration practices to ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery.
• Contribute to Agile development ceremonies and sprint cycles, maintaining a strong continuous improvement mindset.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate development cycles and improve code quality.
• Build strong working relationships across diverse teams while maintaining a clear focus on customer needs and product quality.

Essential Requirements

• Hands-on experience in C#, .NET, and SQL with a proven ability to develop and test Microsoft Windows-based software systems.
• Expertise in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI) practices.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted rapid software development using tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI coding assistants.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent; Master's Degree in Computer Science is a plus.

Hybrid working
