Lumen Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking an AEM Back-End Developer to support the modernization of our lumen.com portal by migrating to AEM Cloud Service, optimizing DAM workflows and building robust APIs.

The role emphasizes hands-on use of AI-powered development tools for design, coding, testing and documentation, and calls for collaboration with cross‑functional teams to advance modernization and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend development experience with at least 3 years focused on AEM.
• Expertise in Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, workflows, Dispatcher configuration and JCR for AEM development.
• Experience with AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Forms.
• Experience with DAM, metadata, assets, content publishing/unpublishing, replication.
• Understanding of AEM deployment pipelines, CI/CD, unit testing, performance profiling.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and headless CMS architectures.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for complex AEM environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
