Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a VC++/C++ software engineer to design, build and maintain efficient configuration software components for Enervista. You will implement performance and quality modules, identify bottlenecks, and propose robust solutions while adhering to selected technologies and coding standards.

The role emphasizes deep knowledge of C++, MFC, STL and multithreading, with exposure to .NET/C#, WPF and XML DOM considered a plus. Strong debugging and SI/CI practices are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in C++, VC++ and MFC technologies.
• Familiarity with .NET C#, WPF, WinForms and XML DOM is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of the standard library, STL containers, and algorithms.
• Good understanding of memory management in non-garbage collected environments.
• Understanding of dynamic polymorphism and C++ specific notions, such as friend classes.
• Knowledge and application of multithreading concepts, file handling and database access.
• Experience with templating in C++ and DLL development.
• Proficient understanding and hands on application of code versioning tools Git, SVN.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and SDLC.
