Job summary

Mattel, a leading global toy and family entertainment company, is seeking a Coupa-focused Software Engineer in Hyderabad to configure and support the Spend Management platform. The role involves developing Coupa modules, workflows, and integrations to enable efficient Source-to-Pay operations.

You will collaborate with ERP and IT teams to ensure smooth data flow, manage day-to-day operations, and participate in deployments and UAT, while maintaining system integrity and user access controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Coupa platform (development, configuration, or support).
• Understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Hands-on experience in Coupa configuration and administration; workflows and approvals.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML; ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/Workday).

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Coupa modules such as Procurement (P2P), Invoicing, and SIM.
• Develop integrations between Coupa and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday).
• Handle incidents, service requests, and system issues in Coupa.
• Participate in UAT, regression testing, and monthly releases.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements.

Software Engineer- Coupa

We are looking for aCoupa Developer (3–5 years' experience) responsible for supporting, configuring, and enhancing theCoupa Spend Management platform. The role involves working onCoupa modules, workflows, integrations, and production support activitiesto enable efficient Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations.

The candidate will collaborate with functional teams, ERP teams, and integration teams to ensure smooth Coupa operations and data flow across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Coupa Configuration & Support

• Configure and maintain Coupa modules such as:
• Procurement (P2P)
• Invoicing
• Supplier Information Management (SIM)
• Maintain and update:
• Approval workflows
• Business rules and validations
• User roles and access controls
• Support day-to-day Coupa system operations and troubleshooting.

Integrations

• Support and develop integrations between Coupa and ERP systems such as:
• Oracle Fusion / Oracle ERP
• SAP
• Workday
• Work with:
• REST APIs
• JSON / XML data formats
• Middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi – nice to have)
• Assist in building and maintaining inbound/outbound interfaces for procurement and finance data.

Production Support

• Handle incidents, service requests, and system issues in Coupa.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes or workarounds.
• Support monthly releases, patches, and system upgrades.
• Participate in UAT and regression testing activities.

Business Collaboration

• Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams.
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate functional requirements into technical configurations.
• Support documentation of processes and system changes.

Data & Reporting Support

• Assist in data validation, uploads, and reconciliation activities.
• Support basic reporting requirements and data extraction from Coupa.
