• 5–8 years hands-on C++ software development experience.
• Strong experience with Qt Framework and QML development.
• Proficient in modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17).
• Experience building desktop GUIs and graphical apps.
• Hands-on with build tools CMake and Makefiles.
• Proficient with IDEs like Qt Creator and VS Code.
• Experience with static analysis tools and interpreting results.
• Knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and UML is desirable.
• Experience in large-scale software projects.
• Exposure to Scrum/Kanban and Agile
• Good English communication; German is a plus.

What You'll Do:

• Independently execute development tasks including implementation of user stories, feature enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Design, develop, and maintain application functionality using C++ and the Qt framework.
• Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using QML.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
• Implement and execute unit tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of code quality.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 8 years of hands‑on experience in C++ software development.
• Strong experience with Qt Framework and QML application development.
• Good knowledge of modern C++ standards including C++11, C++14, and C++17.
• Experience developing desktop applications and graphical user interfaces.
• Hands‑on experience with build management tools such as CMake and Makefiles.
• Proficiency with development tools including Qt Creator, Visual Studio Code, and related IDEs.
• Experience using static code analysis tools and interpreting analysis results.
• Understanding of software design principles, object‑oriented programming, and design patterns.
• Experience working in large‑scale software development projects.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Knowledge of software architecture concepts and UML is desirable.
• Strong Linux development experience; exposure to Windows environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with source code management tools such as Git.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of German language will be an added advantage.
