Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design
  • Define functional and non‑functional requirements for new features and products in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
  • Use architecture tools and methodologies to conceptualise UI, UX, and system interactions.
  • Develop high‑level product specifications ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless system integration.
  • Establish technology stack, architectural guidelines, workflow processes, and coding standards.
• Technical Leadership
  • Oversee project execution to guarantee alignment with architectural vision and design principles.
  • Communicate architectural concepts, designs, and guidelines clearly to engineering teams.
  • Approve final builds before release to ensure robust quality and functionality.
  • Provide hands‑on development and technical leadership throughout the SDLC.
• Collaboration & Delivery
  • Work closely with software engineers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high‑quality features on time.
  • Lead solution design, prototyping, and product launch efforts.
  • Provide insights from customer and market feedback to influence product roadmap.
  • Represent the engineering team in technical meetings, discussions, and conferences (travel may be required).

Required Skills & Experience

• 6 to 12 years of relevant experience in software development and architecture. (mandatory)
• Microservices and any one cloud platform proficiency.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience designing and building scalable application architectures.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and basic UI/UX understanding.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong grasp of software quality assurance, best practices, and security principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and leadership abilities.
