Job summary

Applied Materials India is seeking an experienced software engineer to design and develop web applications for semiconductor equipment components. You will lead a team, write code, and create documentation and tests to deliver robust software solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of web development experience, strong knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript, and hands-on work with React or Angular. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, with relocation support and travel as needed.

• Strong understanding of web development technologies and frameworks like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, and various front-end frameworks like React or Angular
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Extensive experience with Angular
