Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team driving the next generation of AI-driven Self-Help, Self-Heal, and Agentic AI solutions. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and scaling intelligent automation platforms that transform IT support from reactive operations to proactive, autonomous, and self-healing experiences. The individual in this role will contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives focused on AI-powered remediation, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, intelligent orchestration, and autonomous operations, enabling significant improvements in operational efficiency, employee experience, and service reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications that enable AI-driven self-help, self-heal, and autonomous operations capabilities.
- Design and implement AI-powered remediation workflows, agentic AI solutions, and MCP-based integrations across enterprise systems.
- Integrate AI/LLM services, workflow orchestration engines, and enterprise platforms to enable autonomous detection, diagnosis, remediation, validation, and recovery capabilities.
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations supporting automation and intelligent orchestration platforms.
- Develop modern front-end applications, dashboards, and portals for monitoring, management, and control of automation workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and onboard new automation and self-healing use cases.
- Ensure the reliability, security, scalability, performance, and observability of AI/automation services and platforms.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Drive continuous improvement of autonomous operations, intelligent automation, and AI-powered employee support experiences.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or similar programming technologies.
- Hands‑on experience developing modern web applications using React, Angular, or comparable front-end frameworks.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with automation frameworks, workflow orchestration, and scripting technologies.
- Strong understanding of databases, including SQL and NoSQL platforms.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, source control management, monitoring, and production deployments.
- Good understanding of enterprise application architecture, system integration, security, and operational support models.
- Excellent problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, or AI orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture and enterprise integrations.
- Experience building AI‑powered automation, self‑healing, or autonomous operations solutions.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITSM platforms, and enterprise workflow automation.
- Experience with containerization and cloud‑native technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of observability, telemetry, operational analytics, and AIOps platforms.
