Responsibilities

• Review outputs, resolve inconsistencies, and drive improvements.
• Mentor and oversee a small group of junior designers.

The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills, hands-on expertise in Figma, and the ability to work within an established design system. This role requires someone who can quickly understand requirements, follow brand and design system guidelines, and deliver high-quality web UI designs with minimal onboarding. The candidate should also be capable of guiding other designers, reviewing outputs, resolving inconsistencies, and driving continuous improvements.**Key Responsibilities*** Design high-fidelity website interfaces in **Figma** for both desktop and responsive views, aligned with project requirements. Ensure strong brand consistency, visual accuracy, clear typography, structured layouts, appropriate color usage, imagery, and responsive behavior.* Work with Figma libraries, components, styles, variables, grids, and templates while adhering to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and UI best practices.* Collaborate closely with senior designers, design leads, developers, and project managers. Understand feedback clearly, implement changes accurately, and communicate blockers, missing assets, or unclear requirements in a timely manner.* Contribute to team efficiency by supporting and overseeing a small group of junior designers.* Use supporting tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite where required.* Good to have**Required Skills & Experience*** 5–7 years of relevant experience in UI, visual, or web design, preferably on large-scale website projects* Strong hands-on experience with Figma, including design systems and shared libraries* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite* Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web layout behavior (preferred)* Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices* Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks within timelines* Ability to apply feedback quickly while maintaining consistency and quality* Experience in mentoring or managing a small team and tracking deliverables
