Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Social Work Expert to contribute to AI-assisted social work initiatives on a remote contract basis. The role focuses on developing robust social work scenarios, coordinating care across stakeholders, and supporting crisis intervention within innovative AI projects.

You will own or contribute to clinical caseloads, apply standard social work practices, and help translate professional expertise into criteria and rubrics for model evaluation, while working asynchronously to meet

• 5+ years as a licensed clinical social worker or senior case management professional.
• Direct ownership of clinical caseloads or program-level service delivery.
• Fluency in social work practice standards and case management tooling.

• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have
