CAPGENX is seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern to support content creation and distribution from our Hyderabad office. You will help plan campaigns, craft posts, and track engagement across platforms as we build AI-driven branding for education and technology sectors.

The role welcomes freshers and offers hands-on experience in B2B marketing, AI-powered tools, and brand-building activities within a startup environment.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Communications, BA/Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in social media marketing and digital trends.
• Good written English communication.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern who is passionate about content creation, social media trends, and digital marketing, and wants to gain hands-on experience working with an AI-driven technology company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing social media content strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging social media posts, captions, carousels, and basic promotional creatives.
• Research trending topics related to Artificial Intelligence, EdTech, technology, and digital innovation.
• Help develop monthly content calendars and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Assist in creating content using tools such as Canva and AI-powered content creation tools.
• Write engaging captions, post descriptions, and relevant hashtags.
• Monitor social media engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
• Research competitor activities, industry trends, and relevant content ideas.
• Support social media campaigns, product promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media marketing, content creation, and digital trends.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and their content formats.
• Good written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design tools is a MUST!
• Willingness to learn about AI, technology, and the EdTech industry.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work from the Hyderabad office, Monday to Friday.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior internship experience is not mandatory.
