• Monitor social media channels for interactions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to develop social media campaigns and strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
• Conduct research to identify emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing.
