Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for various marketing channels, including print materials, websites, social media platforms, and digital advertisements.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of our brand identity through consistent visual elements across different marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with the brand's vision and objectives.
• Conceptualize and execute designs for social media content, including images, videos, infographics, and animations to engage and grow our online audience.
• Manage and maintain our social media pages, ensuring content is posted regularly, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring social media trends and industry best practices.
• Conduct research and gather inspiration to stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and social media developments.
• Assist with various administrative tasks related to graphic design and social media, such as organizing and archiving digital assets, maintaining content calendars, and preparing reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and sales, to ensure consistency and alignment in visual messaging across different channels.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field. Recent graduates are also eligible.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with design tools like Sketch or Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for business engagement.
• Creative thinking, with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous work samples (online or offline) is highly desirable.
