Job summary

Credicus Business Services is seeking a Social Media Executive to manage chat and voice support across social platforms. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in email/chat/inbound calling and strong communication skills.

Location is Wagle Estate, Thane, with rotational weekly off and shifts from 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM or 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Salary is in-hand INR 18,500 to 23,000 with one of the shifts mentioned; training and onboarding will be provided.

• Good communication skills.
• Graduation up to postgraduate level.
