About the Role

Arvian Business Solutions is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive with 1+ year of experience to manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and build a strong online presence for our brands and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and social media copy.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content production.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and viral content ideas.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Assist in executing organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and content scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.).
• Ability to analyze social media insights and improve performance.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads.
• Understanding of reels, short-form videos, and content trends.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics is an added advantage.
