Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a creative, high-energy Social Media Content Creator to enhance our digital presence. You won't just be "posting"; you will be the visual storyteller of our brand. We need someone who can bridge the gap between high-level creative concepts and the technical execution of shooting and editing. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who lives on Instagram Reels, understands the nuances of the fashion industry, and possesses the organizational discipline to manage a consistent posting schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Strategy & Concepting Ideation
- Develop weekly content pillars and individual post concepts that align with our brand, identity and seasonal collections.
- Trend Spotting: Proactively identify viral trends, sounds, and challenges, adapting them to fit our clothing brand's voice before they peak.
- Mood Boarding: Create visual guides for upcoming shoots to ensure all content maintains a cohesive aesthetic.
- Content Production (The "Maker" Phase)
- Production: Lead the end-to-end production of short‑form video (Reels/TikTok) and static photography.
- Editing: Professional‑level editing of video content, including color grading, transitions, captioning, and sound syncing.
- On‑camera Coordination: Work with models/staff or appear on‑camera yourself to showcase fit, styling tips, and "behind‑the‑scenes" retail life.
- Channel Management & Logistics Scheduling
- Manage the social media calendar to ensure 100% promptness in posting across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms (e.g., Pinterest/Facebook).
- Copywriting: Write engaging, on‑brand captions that encourage community interaction and include relevant SEO keywords/hashtags.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and accessible library of raw and edited assets for the marketing team.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Portfolio demonstrating a "fashion-forward" aesthetic and high-quality video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
- Highly organized, thrives on deadlines, and never misses a scheduled post.
- Strictly follows brand guidelines while remaining creative; understands that "on-brand" is more important than "viral at any cost."
- Experience: 13 years of experience man.
- Education: UG: Graduation Not Required
