BluSapphire is expanding its Security Operations Center and seeks an experienced SOC Manager to lead end-to-end SOC operations, mentor analysts, and manage critical incidents. The role requires a strong ownership mindset and will involve after-hours on-call once the ramp-up period is complete.

The candidate should have 10–12 years in information security, 3+ years in a SOC leadership role, and relevant certifications.

Position: SOC Manager

Location: BluSapphire | Reporting to: Director Operations

Role Summary

BluSapphire is expanding its Security Operations Center (SOC) and seeks an experienced, client-facing cybersecurity professional with a strong ownership mindset. The SOC Manager will lead end-to-end SOC operations, mentor analysts, manage critical incidents, and ensure 247 operational excellence. The role includes occasional overnight, weekend, and on-call responsibilities after the initial 60-day ramp-up period.

• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
