Job summary

VService IT Solutions in India is seeking a senior leader to head the Security Operations team, driving incident response, threat hunting, and continuous monitoring.

You will design and implement automation using Splunk to streamline security workflows, collaborate with IT and security colleagues to raise the service delivery standard, and guide the organization on security best practices and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in Lead Operations or similar role in IT services & consulting.
• Strong understanding of Automation (Splunk), Incident Management (ServiceNow), and SOC principles.
• Proven track record of automating processes to improve IT services delivery.
